ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Carefully unpack the fixture. Lay out all parts on a clean surface.

2. Install a 60 watt medium base incandescent light Bulb (#6) (not included)

or an equivalent standard base compact fluorescent light bulb (not included)

in the Socket (#4) in the fixture.

3. Place the Shade (#7) over the light Bulb (#6) and the Socket (#4). Screw

the Screws (#3) into the fixture to secure the Shade (#7).

4. Place the Decorative Frame (#8) over the Shade (#7). Attach it to the Top

Cover (#5) by rotating the Decorative Frame (#8) counter-clockwise until

the two grooved tips of the Decorative Frame (#8) fit securely in the slots

under the Top Cover (#5).
