ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Carefully unpack the xture. Layout all parts on a clean surface.

2. Screw-in tightly and attach the 12" rod [part of xture body (12)] to the desired

length.

3. Tighten the retaining screw (11) to hold the end-piece [part of xture body (12)] to

the top-most 12" rod [part of xture body (12)].

4. Draw the wires (including the grounding wire) through the canopy (6).

BULB AND SHADE INSTALLATION:

1. Place glass shade (14) over socket (13) (part of the xture body) then attach rmly

in place by using the socket ring (15).

2. Once the xture is installed in place, install one 60W max. bulb (not included) into

the socket [part of the body (13)].
